Director of Sales

Base Salary: $75K to $85K annually PLUS commission

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a Software Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective GTM strategies, building relationships with key clients and prospects, and delivering solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Your deep understanding of the software market and strategic approach will be key to achieving sales targets and contributing to our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Development and Execute GTM Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive product interest and brand awareness. Tailor approaches different market segments and customer needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prospect Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sales process and enhance the ability to close deals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights on strategy, process and results.

Requirements.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in developing and executing sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of sales cycles, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. Experience in golf/software sales is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and internal teams.
  • Understanding of Golf: Knowledge of or willingness to learn about golf, as it will help in understanding client needs and behaviors.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with the ability to leverage CRM tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing customer data to drive strategic decisions.
